Why can’t I log in to my BDSwiss account?

If you cannot log into your BDSwiss account, please first check you have entered your email address and password correctly.
 
If you are not sure what your password is, you can reset it by clicking on “Forgot Password?”. Then, you should insert the registered email address and follow the steps you will receive via email. You follow the same procedure if you are using the BDSwiss app.
 
If you are still unable to reset your password, please contact our Customer Support Team via LiveChat or Email in order to reset it manually.
 
You might also find the following steps helpful:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try to log in again
  • Try using another browser (IE, Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome etc.)
  • Check your internet connectivity
